Welcome to Badshah Tourism LLC. By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

• Badshah Tourism LLC operates tours and excursions in the UAE under a license issued by DED DTCM of Tourism.
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking & Payment

• Full or partial payment must be made to confirm a booking.
• Prices are quoted in AED and are subject to change without prior notice.
• We accept online and offline payment methods as specified on our website.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
• No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate personal and booking details.
• Guests are required to follow safety instructions provided by guides and drivers.
• Badshah Tourism is not responsible for personal belongings lost during tours.

5. Health & Safety

• Certain activities (e.g., dune bashing, quad biking) may not be suitable for pregnant women, elderly guests, or people with medical conditions.
• Participation is at the customer’s own risk.

6. Liability

• Badshah Tourism LLC is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
• We are not responsible for injury, illness, or loss arising from activities conducted outside our direct supervision.

7. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel tours due to operational reasons or force majeure. Customers will be notified and offered alternatives where possible.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
